A Boston Consulting Group report, conducted for All Indian Management Association, showed that China, U.S., Australia, Japan, Britain, France, Spain and Germany will have labor shortages by 2020 and India having excess workers will be able to exploit the gap. The global dynamics of labor are shifting and nations with a large population with educated people will succeed.
