Article Abstract:
The role of tempered radicals on organizational changes, particularly on the issues of women empowerment and public participation in agricultural projects, is examined. Findings showed that these individuals promote change by bringing personal values and organizational values closer. The radicals' different strategies in creating change are analyzed.
