The economy will probably continue to expand. This will occur along with highs and lows, slow growth and growth surges. As a result management decisions may be put off during slow periods while the appearance of a new trend is awaited. The economic recovery will move through seven phases. These are examined. The present time indicates the third stage of these phases. A new recession is not predicted; rough spots are.

Saint Paul Grows Own Economy

Article Abstract:

Saint Paul, Minnesota developed its own strategies for restoring its downtown community. Saint Paul started its restoration program in the hopes of getting itself out of debt. As part of Saint Paul's program, the city plans to implement innovative projects that will link all their businesses to the proper market.
