Innovation and culture revisited: a conceptual approach based on complexity theory
Article Abstract:
A new way of thinking about culture and innovation is put forward. The new approach to innovation conceptualises it as a structural and "mental" knowledge process. The assumption is made that the capability to produce new ideas and the ability to transform these ideas into a viable proposition contribute to the success of an innovation process.

An analysis of why organisations often pay so little attention to their values. It is argued that values are possibly the most important element in an organisation, providing a common belief system and an unity of purpose that can ignite the passion and commitment of the workforce.
