Article Abstract:

The Real Time Management Development (RTMD) method of management development provides an effective means of involving the entire team in the decision-making process but needs to be implemented correctly to work well. Company strategy and individual committment must be established and communicated throughout each level of the organisation. An empowerment model is described. Conventional methods of management are compared with RTMD.
