The influence of team knowledge and formal plans on episodic team process-performance relationships
Article Abstract:
A time-based theory is used to show the influence of team attributes, in terms of formal plans and knowledge, on episodic transition and interpersonal processes and their relationships with team performance. Mixed support was found for the notion that episodic processes partially mediate the relationships between team attributes and performance were found.

The intervening roles of knowledge sharing and team efficacy in the relationship between empowering leadership and team performance was analyzed by surveying management teams in U.S. Empowering leadership was positively related to both knowledge sharing and team efficacy that were positively related to performance.
