Euro RSCG Worldwide, the world's No. 8 agency in billings at $7.3 billion and No. 5 in revenue at $1 billion, will run a self-promotional campaign for the new millenium. The agency is planning a 90-second television commercial to broadcast to the Chatham Islands, off the coast of New Zealand, one of several sites that claims to be the first inhabited land mass to see the dawn of the Year 2000.
