When four is not enough

The auditors of the large chemicals and explosives business, Orica include KPMG, Deloitte, Ernst and Young and PricewaterCoopers. In spite of the difficult times the company has with its existent auditors, the company's chief financial officer, Jim Hall opines that his company does not wish to look beyond these four. His opinions on the International Financial Reporting Standards and corporate governance and the corresponding rise in the regulatory requirements are also presented.
