Article Abstract:
Experts state that in construction litigation, although there usually has to be evidence of fact, a lot of emphasis is placed on expert evidence too. A judgment passed by the Court of Appeal in January 2005 is used to demonstrate that while expert evidence can be crucial, it is the judge who decides a case on the basis of all the evidence that he or she receives.
