A systems approach to service development in concurrent engineering environment
Article Abstract:
A framework of new service development was created due to deficiencies in service design. The framework is composed of a number of several design stages: process design; quality design; production-management design; capacity design; management design; and physical and technical design. A case study was presented to demonstrate the application of the network for new service design.
