Albright's perilous debut
Article Abstract:
Albright is visiting Israel at a time when the Oslo peace accords between the government and the Palestinian Authority (PA) have broken down. Israel will not let the PA add more territory because of its lax efforts to control terrorism. Albright agrees with this but still wants peace in the region.

The Israeli government declared that it would end a law that prohibits Israeli activities with the Palestine Liberation Organization. Israeli representatives introduced an outline which details an interim government for Palestinians on the Gaza Strip and West Bank.
