The city of Atlanta, GA, is undergoing a major refurbishing effort in preparation for the July 1996 Olympic games. Civic leaders hope that hosting the centennial Olympics will boost the city's image. Atlanta's poorer residents, such as Holland Williams, are being inconvenienced by the games.
