A two-step system called All-Body-Tune-up (ABT) plan may help prevent the occurrence of stress during the holiday season. Stress causes a series of body reactions, including the onset of food cravings. The production of infection-fighting cells also diminishes when stressed.

The secret to ending stress is to determine one's level of stress. Pre-stress, mild stress, serious stress, and red-alert are the four levels of stress. Yoga, aerobic exercise, and counselling are recommended for the red alert stress.
