Bearing the cross
Article Abstract:
Marianne Davys and Janet Crook have brought organisational skills and a sense of humour to their management of the Kings Cross Estates Action project. The project has a 29 million pound sterling budget to regenerate run-down housing in the Kings Cross area over a five-year period. Davys is the Senior Architect and Project Manager and she works closely with Crook who is the Client Co-ordinator. The work includes many potentially volatile discussions and meetings and the development of good systems management, but the pair are committed to the project and enthusiastic in outlook.
