Why Asia is losing the race to cyberspace
Article Abstract:
Asian businesses are having difficulties adjusting to the realities of a cybereconomy. The biggest hurdles are the attitude of businessmen towards an intangible property and the existence of a legal environment that is not conducive to the development of high technology. Prime examples of the problematic attitude of businessmen is the willingness to finance infrastructure while ignoring the need to protect royalties and copyright.
