Boxman to merge with iMVS.com in online deal

Swedish-based Boxman AB and the UK's iMVS.com PLC announced that they are planning to hold a merger in an attempt to take advantage of the other's strength in their local markets. Both companies are online entertainment retailers. Boxman is mainly an online retailer of music that has rapidly expanded its operations throughout Europe. iMVS.com stands for "Interactive Music & Video Shop." The company posted sales of 1.3 million pound sterling for the 1998 year.
