Corporate group profile: Wragge & Co
Article Abstract:
UK law firm Wragge & Co. believes that the happy atmosphere at the firm and the strong team culture it has developed is a major factor in the company's success and ability to attract quality work. In 1995, Wragge advised on National Express's 244 million pounds sterling purchase of bus firm West Midlands Travel. This was the biggest ever deal to be managed by a law firm based in Birmingham, but Wragge does not see itself as being a regional company. Wragge's ambitions also extend beyond Birmingham: it wants to be a leading national company, but without moving from its Birmingham base.
