Article Abstract:
Similarities between Polish and Belgian consumers were noted in terms of their affective and cognitive responses to four different advertising stimuli. Both types of consumers exhibited noticeably positive ad-evoked feelings to emotional ads. In addition, ad-evoked feelings observed on Polish and Belgian consumers were found to be almost the same. A correlation was established between positive feelings and generation of higher ad and brand recognition.
