Daft about drugs
Article Abstract:
The way that the British popular press treats the private lives of public figures is sanctimonious. Lawrence Dallaglio has resigned his post of captain of the English rugby team, following allegations that he had admitted to using cocaine and had used prostitutes. This behavior does not relate to his performance as a rugby player, and using prostitutes in Amsterdam, Netherlands, is legal. Usage of cocaine is common in Britain and the police tolerate such behavior, except when users are involved in robbery or drug dealing.
