The waterfront in Reykjavik, Iceland, will be developed into a town area including flats, offices and stores. Investments will total about DKr 1bn (USD 120mn). The building area is 50,000 sq. metres, and the number of flats 250. The major Icelandic company Eimskip is the developer.
