Deutsche Bank may face sanctions over Spanish sale

Comision Nacional del Mercado de Valores, Spain's market regulator, is planning to recommend sanctions on Deutsche Bank AG for information it gave to investors prior to selling shares in Spanish food company Ebro Puleva S.A. This would be the third disciplinary action for Deutsche Bank in recent months.
