Don't shoot the pollsters
Article Abstract:
The failure of the UK's opinion polls to predict the Apr 1992 election victory of the Conservative Party is due in part to a high percentage of undecided voters voting Tory. Other reasons for the polls' inaccuracy include the practice of polling during daytime and the tendency of respondents to lie.
