Article Abstract:
English Heritage and the Heritage Lottery Fund starting 5/03 will permit grant financing for conservation efforts solely using architects listed on the Register of Architects Accredited in Building Conservation. The register now has 97 architects who paid a fair amount to join. There also has been criticism that an accreditation test examining successfully finished projects will not include younger architects.
