Editorial: Healthcare: make or break for status of profession
Article Abstract:
U.K. architectural firms are experiencing decreased work in the commercial area, but more work is coming from the healthcare sector. Pressure has been put on architectural sector to create successful and long lasting healthcare facility projects to bring back a reputation that was tainted by failed social housing projects.

Daniel Libeskind, an architect, has had a reputable career as an architect, may have designed a building for the World Trade Center site in New York that is a simplistic fantasy that takes into account ethical concerns. Libeskind's design could be a populist response to the popular opinion view.
