False sense of ownership among China's enterprises
Article Abstract:
The Chinese government is openly endorsing control and decision-making in companies and business enterprises to their managers for better market direction and efficiency. However, there is no actual ownership, since state agencies still dictate funding and other corporate decisions, while managers are not held responsible for their decisions as corporate owners. Chinese businesses can only flourish if private ownership is truly exercised by giving owners actual powers for corporate governance.

Article Abstract:
The U.S. may lift sanctions on India and move toward improving political, military, and economic relations. This alliance could be a healthy balance against Chinese power, but America should examine India's past behavior toward the U.S. and make certain that India's overtures of friendship are sincere before becoming heavily involved.
