Fed raises rates for 10th time as 'Measured' pace continues

United States Federal Reserve Board has raised short-term interest rates to 3.5 percent from 3.25 percent. The strategy of raising interest rates is likely to continue. The United States economy is growing, inflation is down and longterm interest rates remain uncharacteristically low.
