From pictures to projects
Article Abstract:
Many computer software firms have recognized the need to offer their clients computer aided project management software. The use of computer aided design (CAD) graphics has become commonplace in architectural firms. The new software will not manage the project but will help users to manage their project data. The software companies are offering a number of different project data management (PDM) systems. A computer show in Los Angeles had several PDM products on show. It will be advantageous for firms to link CAD software with PDM software.
