Goodbye 4Ps, hello 4Rs: A new marketing model for the new millennium
Article Abstract:
Marketing is basically a relation between the seller and buyer, based on the brand value of the product in question. From the sellerEs point of view, the brand value was equated by the outcome of the relation between product, place, promotion and price, the 4Ps, which seem to have become obsolete in todayEs market. Hence the new relation with 4Rs is from the customerEs angle, namely retrenchment, relevancy, rewards and rate.
