Happy family?
Article Abstract:
There are still significant differences between the five Nordic countries, even though they clearly also have many things in common. The Nordics have ties of language, religion and nature, and factors such as the end of the cold war have served to boost Nordic co-operation. However, a single Nordic identity only exists up to a point, and it is important not to regard the Nordic countries as a single block. Indeed, these countries are likely to remain separate for the foreseeable future.
