Arsene Kronshagen originally purchased his majority share of InVision Technologies Inc. stocks from Italian construction magnate Rendo Eugenio in 1998. Now that the company, a leader in the field of security scanning equipment for airports, is to be purchased by General Electric Co., Mr. Kronshagen stands to cash in his 1.4 million shares for a tidy $70 million.
