Israel prepares further Bezeq offer
Article Abstract:
Bezeq should organize an offering prospectus before the end of Apr 1999, per a request by the Israeli Government Companies Authority. Plans now call for Bezeq's latest offering to take place in Israel amid a tight schedule, which departs from the original goal of targeting the lucrative overseas market. The communications company, of which the government holds a 54% stake, first issued shares domestically in Mar 1998.
