Larry Yung instantly saw a profit of $3.6 Hong Kong dollars when he persuaded the Chinese government to sell him a 15.5% share of CITIC Pacific. Yung is the companies CEO and has successfully led the Hong-Kong based, but Chinese owned company, to a 950% rise in profits between 1990 and 1996.
