Managing organizational politics for radical change: the case of Beiersdorf-Lechia S.A., Poznan
Article Abstract:
This paper presents research gathered from Beirsdorf-Lechia S.A.'s efforts to reintegrate its former subsidiary in Poznan after the collapse of Communist control in Poland. This paper also introduces a comprehensive model of organization transformation using micro-level change theory and organizational policies.
