Never assume it's just dry skin

What can be self-diagnosed as dry skin, can often turn out to be rosacea, which, if treated as a dry skin complaint or acne, can actually cause steroid acne rosacea. The disease, which is caused by sun damage to the skin, results in burst blood vessels, and an overproduction of sebum, which produces blotchy pustules that look like pimples.
