Article Abstract:
Taiwan's Microelectronics Technology Inc (MTI) is a relatively new company that has proven its worth in such a short time. The company specializes in microwave technology. Its first product was a low-noise block converter which was successfully marketed and enjoys high demand in the US and Europe. It has branched out to producing a satellite-TV system which competes against other similar US products due to its lower price. MTI continually improves and innovates its products and can produce a new item every three months. It is a serious competitor to other big European, US and Japanese electronics firms due to its products' low prices, high quality and fast upgrades.
