Profile: Steven Berger, Lehman Brothers
Article Abstract:
Lehman Brothers is succeeding in its mission of developing deep client relationships by offering high quality specific production knowledge, according to Steven Berger, head of European investment banking. Since 1990, Lehman has been implementing a wholly industry-oriented approach to M&A business, believing that after high quality banking advice, clients want value added advice relating to their own sector. Lehman currently follows five product sectors, but Berger believes this will soon be expanded.
