Politically correct museums
Article Abstract:
Fred Wilson has juxtaposed images normally found in the Maryland Historical Society's museum to illustrate how exhibitions usually leave out the history of minorities and slaves. Wilson's exhibitions, which runs through June 13, 1993, has inspired more like it.

A new exhibition, 'Hall of Mirrors,' explores the use of film subjects in art and the use of art in motion pictures over the last 50 years. The exhibit features paints, photographs, portraits of film stars, movie posters and experimental films.
