Article Abstract:
Investment in condominium units in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, can still be rewarding in spite of the stable prices of units. However, an oversupply of units may be imminent because of an expected increase to 12,800 units in 1993 from 6,500 units in 1992. Despite this expected glut in the market, real estate analysts say that units in prime locations are not likely to be affected by falling prices. Condominium development in prime areas suitable for investment are listed.
