Article Abstract:
Stephen Lawrence was a black English teenager, an athlete hoping to go to university, who was killed while waiting at a bus stop. There are five white youths seen as the main suspects, and three have been acquitted in a private prosecution. The police have admitted that the handling of the case was flawed, after initially denying that there had been problems. The parents of Stephen Lawrence fought for an inquiry, and they have performed a service for the whole of the United Kingdom in doing so.

Does greener mean richer?
Article Abstract:
Bill Clinton and other politicians who say that pollution cleanup will increase economic growth are not telling the truth. Environmental regulations are inherently costly to corporations. However, environmental improvements are necessary to improve human life.
