Copyright fear in court battle
Article Abstract:
KSS Design Group, a London-based architectural firm, is fighting a case under copyright act against developer Bacassa. KSS and Bacassa are also fighting over fees. The developer has claimed copyrights on the plans and drawings developed by KSS. Implications of the outcome for architects across the country are discussed.

Steele to prove his mettle at AA

Brett Steele is a newly elected chairman of Architectural Association (AA). He took the opportunity in 1995 to return to AA and set up a design research laboratory in two years that offers qualified architects the opportunity to study for an MA.
