South Africa, with the exception of Uganda, continues to experience an upward trend in the number of HIV infection cases due to the government and the people's attitude towards the disease. South African nations continue to attach a social stigma to the disease and health programs are not working due to the lack of consideration for the people's attitudes towards the disease and the preventive measures associated with it.

An analysis of the history of the feminism movement in the US reveals that factions have developed and these factions advocate everything from equality to superiority. There are new breeds of feminists that are more or less successful in voicing out their concerns bur these are relatively few and their influence minimal as they present no sweeping new philosophy to revitalize the movement.
