Article Abstract:
Factors that contribute to advertising agencies' constant pursuit of revenue are discussed. It is believed that there is an oversupply of agencies, that these agencies are under constant pressure for revenue growth, and that there is a universal assumption that bigger is better. However, it is also assumed that this pursuit complicates the premise that when people care about their work in these agencies, success will follow.
