The bases of power in international channels
Article Abstract:
Coersive and non-coersive sources of power have to be used with extreme caution if they are desired for positive outcomes. These measures of power are not correlated to conflict, warranting cautious administration of conflict management methods in domestic and international business operations. These findings are demonstrated in a survey of representative respondents on channels of distribution across national borders.
