Ed Donald of Corus Living Solutions, set up in 2004 to design, manufacture and deliver accommodation modules talks of a step change coming in house construction. One of the steps include building hybrid construction for mixed-use developments, which will have wide span building structures at lower level with transfer structure and some mix of panel and modular residential construction above.
