Topdanmark warns profits will be hurt by storm damage

Topdanmark A/S forecasted that its 1999 net profits could be 190 million Danish kroner (25.5 million euros) lower than expected. The non-life insurer, which is now expecting net profits of 285 million kroner to 335 million kroner, blamed the low forecast on a major storm in December 1999.
