Two kinds of war, two kinds of army?
Article Abstract:
There are two kinds war that could occur during the post Cold War era: conventional warfare involving organized armed forces and smaller conflicts in which irregular armies are present. A highly organized army with high technology equipment would be effective in both types of warfare.
