UK: ALLFINANZ LAUNCHES DISTRIBUTION TOOL
Article Abstract:
E-commerce software concern Allfinanz is introducing the Xpertbridge distribution tool for providers of financial services, such as insurance and investment products. The tool enables providers to access products via the Internet and complete a deal in less than 25 minutes, with the back-office underwriting activities brought to the point of sale. As many as 75% of customers do not close the deal after receiving a premium estimate, claims Allfinanz. The system can also be used with customers online. The tool is useful for large intermediary groups, and talks are under way with 6 UK groups, claims a company official.
