Vitkovice is awarded a contract in Poland

Vitkovice (Ostrava, Czech Republic), metallurgy and engineering firm, has supplied a ship shaft worth 12 mil Kc to H. Cegielski (Poland). The seven-throw ship crankshaft, which has a mass of 133 t, a length of 10.6 mt and a height of 3.86 mt, is intended for the production of an engine. Vitkovice should produce 63 crankshafts in 2000. The firm has supplied 20 pieces of the quantity so far. It produces one difficult crankshaft for nearly five months.

Vitkovice will modernize metallurgy equipment in Bulgaria
Article Abstract:
Vitkovice (Ostrava, Czech Republic), metallurgy and engineering company, will participate in the modernization of the metallurgy firm Kremikovtzi (Bulgaria) by 2002. Vitkovice will ensure the first part of the modernization of the metallurgy equipment of Kremikovtzi, according to a contract worth CEK 180 mil arranged in 2000.
