General Dynamics Land Systems Inc., Sterling Heights, Mich., is being awarded a $9,964,125 modification to a firm-fixed-price contract for services and supplies required to build 45 vehicle material sets under the Abrams Integrated XXI Management Program. Work will be performed at the Lima Army Tank Plant, Lima, Ohio (77%); Scranton, Pa. (20%); and Muskegon, Mich. (3%), and is expected to be completed by Nov. 30, 2000. Of the total contract funds, $9,964,125 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This is a sole source contract initiated on July 23, 1998. The U.S. Army Tank-Automotive & Armaments Command, Warren, Mich., is the contracting activity (DAAE07-98-C-N008).
