The investigation of a group of Indonesian officials accused of using Bank Bali P.T. funds to finance the re-election campaign of President B.J. Habibie is presented. This scandal brings attention to corrupt practices within Indonesia's entire business and political culture and causes cries for a system that is publicly accountable.
